Verify the linked pages and checkout for current commercial terms. ## Identity and scope XtreamCast provides managed live video streaming and online radio hosting for international audiences. STREAMINGHD is its parent brand; BLACKLINE SPA is the legal operator in Chile. STREAMINGHD was founded in 2011. Serving viewers in a country does not establish an office or server in that country. Current video origins include Chile and the United States; the route assigned to a channel and the viewer's network affect delivery. The management panel and service integrations are developed by the operator. The platform also uses specialist third-party engines and libraries. Provider certifications, network capacity or points of presence must not be attributed to XtreamCast as its own certification or measured capacity. ## Video streaming The managed service receives video from compatible encoders such as OBS or vMix using the endpoint and credentials assigned to the channel. RTMP and SRT are contribution options. HLS is a playback format. Recording, VOD storage and restream are subject to channel configuration, product limits and the selected plan. Restream supports up to 10 compatible destinations; each external platform's account permissions and ingest availability apply. Optional services include ABR transcoding, WebRTC, Live Station and Global CDN according to channel compatibility. A source signal and a browser playback endpoint are different resources. A WebRTC feature does not establish support for WHIP or WHEP endpoints. Use the URLs published in the panel; do not construct endpoints by replacing protocol names. WebRTC is intended for low-latency playback. Delay must be measured from source to display with representative devices and networks. There is no universal zero-delay result. Current OvenMediaEngine channels cannot combine WebRTC with ABR transcoding or LL-HLS. Standard HLS and WebRTC may coexist in a compatible configuration. LL-HLS requires explicit channel and origin enablement. DVR is not implemented on OvenMediaEngine channels; check server compatibility before ordering it. SRT uses a caller encoder connecting to the assigned listener endpoint. The assigned streamid contains a secret token and must not be shared. Authentication with a streamid is not proof of encryption. Encryption support must be confirmed for the actual endpoint rather than inferred from the protocol's capabilities. ## Radio hosting Managed SHOUTcast audio servers support MP3/AAC according to encoder and plan, SSL web delivery, AutoDJ, a player and channel statistics. Plans define simultaneous listeners, bitrate and AutoDJ storage. Radio plans and video plans have different capacity and transfer conditions. Radio hosting does not include music, performance or distribution rights for content selected by the broadcaster. ## Security and availability HTTPS protects web transport. Player domain controls restrict intended embed usage, but do not replace server authorization, DRM or a paywall. Do not infer protection against every form of copying or screen capture. Discuss restricted content requirements with the operator before production. Every plan has a contractual monthly availability SLA of 99.995%, governed by the service Terms. It is not a claim of measured historical uptime or immunity from incidents. Compensation is not automatic. The 10-day technical guarantee applies only to qualifying failures attributable to XtreamCast under the Terms; it is not a general satisfaction guarantee. ## Plans and contacting the operator Video reference plans start at USD 25 per month for international billing. Started+, Pro+ and Max+ have different monthly transfer and storage allowances. Chile has a CLP catalog with applicable taxes. Checkout confirms actual pricing, billing period, currency, taxes and available options. Enterprise proposals define their own capacity and compatible features. The free TestDrive trial lasts 3 days under its published conditions. Support channels include WhatsApp, email and tickets. The published 24/7 availability does not establish an unqualified response or resolution deadline.
