Yes. We take SRT, with your encoder as caller, and RTMP. We work every day with OBS, vMix, Wirecast, LiveU Solo and FFmpeg, and with hardware encoders that publish SRT or RTMP. During the test we validate resolution, audio and continuity with your own signal.
No. Your playout and your schedule stay in your control room: you send the program feed over SRT or RTMP and we distribute it. If a channel has no playout of its own, Live Station airs a looping playlist from the cloud.
Yes. Every video channel on a paid plan includes an SRT output: an srt:// URL that the headend, the IRD or FFmpeg connects to as caller, protected with SecureToken. The same ingest keeps feeding your website over HLS.
Paid plans do not limit simultaneous viewers: capacity is measured in monthly transfer. On standard plans you get notices at 80% and 100% and you expand the allowance instantly from the panel, with prorated billing and no automatic overage charges. For 24/7 feeds with mass audiences we recommend Enterprise+: dedicated infrastructure from 100 TB/month, with capacity and expansion defined in the contract.
SecureToken protects HLS, LL-HLS, WebRTC and SRT, and country geoblocking works as an allow list or block list that you edit yourself. You can also restrict the domains where your player is embedded, and the panel supports two-step verification and collaborators with per-section permissions.
If your encoder loses its connection, it reconnects on its own when the network returns and you can get an email alert. If a server session freezes, the system restarts it with no manual intervention. With Live Station and Auto Start, the channel goes back to the playlist after 10 minutes without signal.
