Once the service is active, the panel gives you the ingest URL and channel key. Paste them into your encoder, check audio and video in the player and you are live in minutes.

As an H.264 starting point, use 2.5 to 4 Mbps for 720p30 and 4.5 to 6 Mbps for 1080p30, with a keyframe every 2 s. Keep upload headroom above the bitrate and run a sustained test; on lossy links, SRT ingest recovers lost packets.

Restream sends your feed to up to 10 destinations at once, including custom RTMP servers. Each network must allow live streaming for your account; test every destination before the event.

Yes. Schedule the recording in Recording Cloud and turn on auto-upload: each ready recording is published to YouTube and Facebook with the accounts you connect, as long as their permissions and tokens remain valid.

With Live Station you build playlists of H.264 MP4 files that play in a loop or in random order around the clock. With Auto Start, the playlist resumes on its own when your encoder has been silent for 10 minutes.

Copy the iframe from the panel and paste it into your website, Moodle, Canvas or any portal that allows external content. With ShieldPower, the player only loads on the domains you authorize; each user’s access is managed by your portal.

SecureToken protects the stream URL on HLS, LL-HLS, WebRTC and SRT, geoblocking limits which countries can play it and ShieldPower keeps the player on your domains. A token authorizes playback but tokens do not identify a person: student or employee sign-in happens in your portal.

We do not charge overage fees. Each paid plan includes a monthly transfer allowance (1, 3 or 6 TB) that resets at every renewal. The platform notifies you at 80% and 100% of usage. If you use it up before renewal, you can add capacity or upgrade on a prorated basis to reactivate immediately; otherwise the service stays paused until renewal and then reactivates automatically. This is set out in clause X of the Terms.

The panel shows unique viewers, concurrent peak, average watch time, countries and devices, with ranges of up to 366 days. Connection counts do not identify a person: named attendance comes from your LMS or portal.

If you come from Wowza or Flussonic, your publishing URLs keep working and you do not reconfigure encoders. From any provider, inventory channels, content and embeds, test on a parallel channel and switch the public feed once everything is validated, with 24/7 support in Spanish alongside you.

No. You can download your recordings and VOD library as MP4 from the panel at any time. Ingest URLs and embeds belong to the service, so when you migrate you update encoders and players.
