How does Live Station work?
Live Station is the add-on that airs a video playlist from our servers, on a loop or shuffled, with no encoder left on at your office.
For a live special, you stop the playlist and publish from your encoder on the same channel. With Auto Start on, the playlist goes back on air once the encoder has been silent for 10 minutes, and also after a server restart.

Uploading Videos to the Playlist
- Go to your channel → "Live Station" tab
- Click "Upload MP4"
- Drag and drop your files or select them from your computer
- You can upload up to 10 videos per upload
- Videos are processed automatically

Live Station limits: MP4 with H.264 video, up to 10,000 kbps and 30 fps. The panel marks files above those values as "Not compatible": re-export them and upload them again.
Organizing the Playlist
Once the videos are uploaded, you can:
- Add to playlist: Drag a processed video into the playlist or use Add to playlist
- Reorder: Use Move up and Move down to change the playback order
- Remove from the list: Take a video out of the playlist without deleting it from your library
- Preview: Preview any video before including it
With Loop on, the playlist starts again from the first video after the last one ends; with Shuffle, the order changes on every pass. Changes to the list are applied when you press Restart.
Starting and Stopping Live Station
- With processed videos in the list, press Start and check the player on your website.
- To go live, press Stop and publish from your encoder on the same channel: your audience keeps the same link and the same player.
- When the special ends, Auto Start resumes the playlist once the encoder has been silent for 10 minutes, or you can press Start right away.
- Restart applies your playlist changes.
Monitor and Status
The panel shows the status of your Live Station:
- Current status: Playing or Stopped, next to the Auto Start indicator
- Available storage for your video library
- List indicators: Loop and Shuffle
Activation, pricing and capacity
Live Station is enabled as an add-on to your paid video plan from USD 10/month. With Started+ at USD 25/month, the monthly reference is USD 35; checkout confirms the total.
The playlist uses the plan's storage and the broadcast consumes its transfer. Size it with headroom based on hours, bitrate and audience: on standard plans you get notices at 80% and 100% and expand instantly from the panel. For mass audiences, Enterprise+ starts at 100 TB/month defined in the contract.
