Key Metrics
XtreamCast collects statistics every 60 seconds. The metrics are shown across several views:
Dashboard (Overview)
| Metric | Description |

| Unique Viewers | Total unique IPs that have watched your channel in the selected period |
| Peak Concurrent | Maximum viewers connected at the same time |
| Bandwidth | Total data transferred (in GB). Depends on bitrate × viewers × duration |
| Streaming Time | Total broadcast hours in the period |
Charts and Analysis
The detailed statistics section includes interactive charts:
Viewers Chart
Shows the evolution of viewers over time. You can see peaks during your broadcasts and compare performance across different days.
Bandwidth Chart
Visualizes bandwidth consumption per day. Useful for planning your monthly limit and understanding how much each broadcast consumes.
Date Range
Select a custom date range (start and end date) to query the statistics for the period you need. Dates are shown adapted to your configured time zone.
Geographic Distribution and Devices
Geographic Distribution
XtreamCast automatically detects your viewers' location via GeoIP. You will see a breakdown by country that helps you:
- Know where your main audience is
- Decide what times to broadcast
- Evaluate regional expansion strategies
Device Distribution
Shows which devices and browsers your viewers use:
- Desktop: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Mobile: iOS Safari, Android Chrome
- Smart TV: IPTV apps, built-in browsers
- Others: VLC, IPTV players, OTT apps
Tip: If most of your audience uses mobile, make sure your player and website are responsive.
Limits and Alerts
Depending on your plan, your channel may have configured limits:

XtreamCast sends email notifications when you approach 80% and 100% of your limits.
